In my practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and challenges. I have helped individuals working through issues related to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, various addictions, and relational or life transition issues. Many of the people that I have worked with share a common trait regardless of the reason they seek counseling: previous trauma(s).
In my practice I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Attachment Theory with a trauma informed, strength based and collaborative approach.

I am experienced in treating a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, childhood developmental Trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, low self esteem/self worth, social anxiety, substance or behavioral addiction, and many others.

Insurance: I currently accept PacificSource Commercial and PacificSource Medicaid (OHP), Aetna, Providence and Cigna Insurance.
Out of Pocket Costs: $200/Session (55 min)
As a licensed Psychotherapist, I have had a fulfilling career providing individual therapy, clinical supervision and state approved training curriculums to clients and therapists throughout Oregon. I have extensive experience working with various mental health challenges from mild depression and anxiety to high acuity Complex Trauma and severe and persistent mental illnesses like OCD and Schizophrenia. Many clients I work with, describe my expertise in mental health, my personal investment and enthusiasm in their progress, and the ability to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment as some of the reasons they appreciate my approach.

I also offer state approved continuing education online and in person trainings for clinicians looking to add to their knowledge and experience and obtain continuing education credits for certifications/licensures as well as in person group trainings for government organizations and non-profits.
