Our clinicians have extensive experience working with various mental health challenges from mild depression and anxiety to high acuity Complex Trauma, substance use addiction and Bipolar Disorders and OCD. Our therapists are known for their expertise in mental health, their personal investment in the growth of clients, the ability to connect and listen authentically, and the ability to provide a non-judgmental and safe therapy environment.

Owner/Therapist
James Hare MS, LPC, MAC, CADC-III is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in the field of mental health and recovery. With a Master’s Degree in Relational Mental Health Therapy from the University of Oregon, he is a licensed professional counselor recognized by the Oregon Board. James has trained in various therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, EFT, DBT, CBT, and combnes and integrates them all into his work. After a long career in community mental health working with various underserved populations he founded Therapeutic Solutions NW in 2024, continuing his commitment to helping individuals achieve mental wellness.
